How is air freight priced?
On chargeable weight: the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000). We always show you which one applied.
How fast is door to door?
Europe is typically 1–2 days, the Gulf 2 days, North America 3–4 days and Southeast Asia 3–4 days, counted from pickup and excluding customs holds.
Do you handle export customs?
Yes. Export declarations, certificates of origin, ATR/EUR.1 and dangerous-goods documentation are prepared in-house before the cargo is tendered.
Who pays import duties?
Under DAP the receiver clears and pays duties; under DDP we clear and invoice you. We confirm the term on the quote so there are no surprises at delivery.
What can't fly?
Lithium batteries above the IATA limits, most aerosols and pressurised goods, and anything prohibited by the destination. Send the commodity description and we'll check before booking.
Do you have a minimum shipment size?
No minimum. Below roughly 45 kg a consolidation slot is usually the cheapest option, and we'll say so.
Is the cargo insured?
Carrier liability is limited by the Montreal Convention. We arrange all-risk cargo insurance on request, priced against declared value.
Can you store goods before departure?
Yes, we hold cargo in our Yeşilköy facility, including pick-and-pack for e-commerce brands.
